We’re the most advanced species on the planet. After all, we go to work, sit in our assigned cubicle or office, answer the phone, reply to emails, work with a multitude of office programs to get things done. But do we approach these tasks with skill?  Do we communicate with purpose?  How do we know that we have actually communicated with co-workers?
